hexalin (sp?)What is a really good under eye cream that takes away puffiness?
try putting tea bags on the top of your eyelids OR you can also try taking a cotton ball, dip it in milk and put it on your eyelid. I know that you asked for eye cream, but its alot better if its natural. ~Hope I helped
By the way, the website listed below is really cool, you should check it out. It has lots of beauty tips.

Is it true that you shouldn't use moisturizer around your eyes, only eye cream?
I recently heard that because the skin is different, using moisturizer can actually accentuate fine lines. I always use both eye cream and moisturizer. Is it true that you shouldn't use moisturizer around your eyes, only eye cream?
I don't think it's damaging to the tissue, but it may be too harsh for your eyes themselves if it were to get in them. A lot of companies don't have their products ophthalmologist-tested, so tell you not to use them on the eyes.
What I have read is that the molecules in the face creams aren't appropriate for the pores on the eyes- that they are too large to penetrate the skin appropriately. Also, keep in mind that the moisturization needs are different for both areas- you may need a light moisturizer/hydrator on your face but a bit more help around the eye area.
So, use an eye-specific product around the eyes. :)Is it true that you shouldn't use moisturizer around your eyes, only eye cream?
It not only accentuates the fine lines it damages your lines...as this skin around your eyes is thinner than anywhere on your outer body. Most products will tell you not to use around the eyes.
Any moisturiser is better than nothing. Some advertising agencies will write anything to sway the buying public.
NOTHING can stop wrinkles!!!! NOTHING.
yes its true the skin is more sensitive here and normal moisturiser will be too harsh, your best bet would be to ask at a make up counter (or the body shop are usually quite good) where they will show you where and how to apply eye cream and possibly recommend one that suits your age range and skin type,
i've always just put moisturiser allover my face.. i never thought about my eyes but its never affected me
Here's a tip for you too!
if you put moisturiser under your chin and on your neck it's suppose to stop signs on ageing
hope i was help =)
I use moisturizers all over... ESPECIALLY around my eyes and it's helped soften the ';crows feet'; wrinkles. I also use preparation H.... yea you read correctly! lol... on the puffy bags and it works there too... they're almost all gone!!! NO bad side effects from any of them... and I'm in my 50's.
That's what I heard. The girls at the make up counter told me that using moisturizer can actually cause dark circles. Eeek!
Completely, not true. Actually you should be using a moisturizer instead of cream. Think about someone with oilier skin, lets just take asian people for example, they have GREAT skin. And they look a lot younger too because of it, they never have wrinkles or any signs of aging. So the oilier your skin, the younger the look. So if your trying to get rid of or prevent wrinkle, you would use something with some oil in it, right??? However, if your put it around your eyes, it might just irritate them. So just be careful of what your using. Don't use anything with any type of dye or smell to it. That just means that they add alcohol, so look for something that is clear or even white
yeah use eye cream.

Is there any eye cream that has similar to botox results?
I am looking for an eye cream in the market that could somehow paralyze the muscles and reduce the wrinkles around the eyes while having expressions. Is there any, to avoid botox injections?
If not, what is the best anti-wrinkle eye cream? (I'm on my 30s and have big nice crow's-feet when I smile)Is there any eye cream that has similar to botox results?
I was troubled by my eye wrinkles since two years ago. Two months ago, my friend had bought an eye cream as a birthday gift for me. Surprisingly, this product worked remarkably well and my eye wrinkles are being reduced after using the product for about 3 weeks. I was very curious about it and later I find out that the secret lies with the active ingredient of the eye cream, which is Eyeliss. To know more about how this active ingredients reduce my eye wrinkles, i suggest you to visit this site.

used,
I'm 20 and
I use: Extreme Eye Rescue by Isabella Pelle. It's made specifically for eye wrinkles, the dreaded dark circles, and eye puffiness. Apply/massage it around the eye area twice daily. Hope this helps you as it did for me.

Hi
I used to use Olay regenerist and I loved it,Then they released the Pro X line so I tried it and I have not looked back,
It really does tighten the skin around the eye and I noticed a difference it just a few days.
When I bought mine it came in a starter kit including Eyecream, Day lotion and Night cream which made my daily routine so much easier.
I don't know about you but I can get lazy with my routine sometimes but with having it all there in front of me it's easy.
I hope this helps, If you need more information check out the website below.

I absolutely recommend Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Insurance, MAC Bare Canvas Paint and MAC Beige-ing Shadestick. They will keep your lids crease free and make your colors pop.

bourjois has a nice cream eyeshadow that dries and never creases... you could always just try an eye shadow primer with the cream eyeshadows you already have

What's the best eye cream for a 19-year-old girl?
I'm 19 years old and don't have any wrinkes on my face but I would like to the protect the delicate skin around my eyes so I'm looking for a really good eye cream that moisturizes and prevents wrinkles.
I have tried Nivea and Garnier but none of them gave me the results I was expecting! What's the best eye cream for a 19-year-old girl?
Use only Oil of Olay moisturizer because of how young you are and you don't have wrinkles, this is a really good moisturizer. Use it forever because it keeps your skin fresh and young. I like itWhat's the best eye cream for a 19-year-old girl?
Don't bother using expensive eye creams, etc...it is a waste of your money. I have never used any eye cream and look 10 years younger than I am...clean your face properly with any facial cleanser/scrub and apply lotion to the face, something good like Nivea as it is non-comedogenic(sp?), meaning it will not clog your pores. You can use Nivea as eye cream as well. Just don't get it in your eyes. =]

do you really believe the creams are gna make it better put cucumber everynight and clean your eyes and your face with rose water
I don't know what these other people are talking about- more sleep yeah right! They obviously were blessed with not having very dark circles. They were right in one thing- an eye moisturizing cream will not do anything for dark circles. But if you want to know a good concealer that lasts all day, try CoverBlend by Exuviance. You have to get the knack for applying it, but once it's on, it gives excellent coverage. Good luck!
Hi, I can recommend a corrective eye cream I use from a company called Arbonne. It is their eye cream from their NutriMinC RE9 line. You can check it out in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com Within about a week of using it my dark circles were completely gone. It really is a great eye cream. Good luck to you.

What is the best eye cream for dark circles?
Actually, I would suggest cucumbers because they are cooling to help bring down the puffiness of the circles, and something in them helps to make the circles less noticeable, if not all the way gone, but if you must have a cream i suggest getting something Burt's bees, because they have all natural healthy for the skin products. Wash your face in the morning and in the night, and during the night put on cucumber slices, and then use Burt's bees royal jelly cream, its the best thing out there, and its really calming, also try getting a better sleeping time, maybe go to bed earlier, tkae an advil pm, and then use an eye mask to cut out light, which is the main cause in preventing sleep.
Good luck !

What is the best eye cream? I have to use a peroxide on my skin, and the cream also dries my eyes.?
What is the best for restoring moisture, without being like vasoline. (p.s., I don't put peroxide on my eyes, don't worry!~What is the best eye cream? I have to use a peroxide on my skin, and the cream also dries my eyes.?
I personally use products by La Mer, which are quite expensive but last a good 3-4 months because you only need a tiny bit. Nothing else moisturizes like it, it is really worth the money. Here's a description of their fantastic eye balm:
La Mer
The Eye Balm
Especially for the vulnerable eye area, this intense treatment combines a triple concentration of the original Creme de la Mer Miracle Broth鈩?and a revolutionary ingredient, luminizing Brazilian Malachite. This balm will diminish the appearance of lines, wrinkles and dark undereye circles as it brightens, vitalizes and soothes your skin. Also provides excellent results when applied to other vulnerable areas, such as smile lines and forehead lines. What is the best eye cream? I have to use a peroxide on my skin, and the cream also dries my eyes.?
Pure jojoba oil - less than $5. Pat a very light coat around your eyes at night and you'll be amazed at the results. Works better than every expensive eyecream I've ever tried. Keep the layer light and it won't clog pores or feel heavy.
I've read a few places that Vitamin K lotions are the best for eyes. They have a few different kinds at Ulta, or you might be able to find some at a regular pharmacy or grocery store.
Philosophy Hope In A Tube.
Moisturizing without being greasy...and it is great for lips too!
Worth every penny.
the most amazing cream I have ever tried is called ';hydrating creme concentrate'; its made by a company bee-luscious cosmetics the web site is beeroyalproducts.com Oh my God your skin will be like a baby's bottom. :)
I have used (and sold) almost every brand there is. I have purchased $80 eye creams only to let them rot in my cabinet because I saw no difference after using them.
The absolute best eye cream I have ever used is Arbonne's RE9 Anti-aging eye cream. It is not even as expensive as most of the department store brands (Estee Lauder, Lancome, Channel, etc) and is much, much more effective!
I think an eye cream is SO important! Did you know less than 5% of women use one regularly? Is it any wonder that most show their age around the eyes first?

Where can you find good cream eye shadow?
What brands are good?
I want it a cream/liquid, anything really thick.Where can you find good cream eye shadow?
maybelline makes a really nice mousse one and if you're willing to spend more chanel makes an awesome oneWhere can you find good cream eye shadow?
i personally don't like cream eyeshadow because it makes my lids sweaty and it smears. but you should try make up for ever's cream eye shadows, you can find them at sephora.
i use the regular eyeshadows, but i do sell mary kay and they sell a eyescicles eyecolor that is a waterproof long lasting shimmer for the eyes in a creme to powder formula. it comes in vanilla and island bronze. price $10
I would look in ULTA. they have pretty much everything.
I like using Maybelline Color Mousse. It came out a couple years ago, it's really light airy and fluffy but it is a mousse so you can pack it on. It's gives a gorgeous shimmer too
Revlon Illuminance eye shadow. The best ever; the only kind I've used for 10 years!

Dont forget to use a good eyeshadow primer or it will crease and just look like a greasy mess on your eyes. Urban Decay Primer Potion is one of the most popular primer.
revlon is good. they have cream shadows that come in color coordinated packs of about 4. they can be thick or thick depending on how u layer it on.
I work at LaSenza and we sell Victoria's Secret cream eye shadow.. it is amazin.. very creamy and really vivid colors.
i like revlon's cream eyeshadows. you can get it at any drugstore.
i would sugest looking in bodyshop especially now as there are up to 50% off in there :) hope you find something

Try putting vaseline there when you come out of the shower and still have water on your face. Also, put vaseline under your make up. You will see a difference.

Oh, at the age of 20 with some laugh lines here and there means that you have been smiling and laughing and that's a wonderful thing. Personally, I like inexpensive eye creams from the drug stores that have an SPF 15 for protection for day as this will aid you with the prevention of newer laugh lines. At night, I enjoy a basic hydrating one that helps to firm around the eye area so that while you sleep, the goodies from the PM eye cream will assist with plumping up those little lines. The brands that I do enjoy are Oil of Olay and Neutrogena. They have a wide variety to select from for addressing many needs. Select an SPF one for day, and a firming, hydrating, moisture locking one for night. Usually, drug stores and mass chains are always having sales on these brands. I've even found them at Costco for quite a bargain. I hope this helps as less is more and you don't need an eye serum or anything like that, just protection, prevention, hydration and a ';firmation.'; I hope this helps as you sound like you have pretty skin!!

I'm almost 27, no wrinkles, a little under eye circles. When should i start wearing anti wrinkle eye cream?
Really it's about being proactive...you're never too young to start. Why wait until you start getting wrinkles. I love Nivea Q10 formula, anything with an SPF 15 or higher is great. Honestly I can't emphasize the fact that you should start young and get yourself into a good routine. It's just like working out, it really pays off in the later years.I'm almost 27, no wrinkles, a little under eye circles. When should i start wearing anti wrinkle eye cream?
If you want to avoid wrinkles you should wear sunscreen. Eye cream isn't really that important unless you have severely dry skin around your eyes. Regular moisturizer is good enough. Sunscreen is what really prevents wrinkles but a lot of people find it annoying to use.
I like Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection SPF 55 lotion sunscreen. It's not greasy at all and it doesn't sting/burn your eyes. As for eye cream, I like Boots Black Licorice eye cream. It helps fade under eye circles and is moisturizing.I'm almost 27, no wrinkles, a little under eye circles. When should i start wearing anti wrinkle eye cream?
I am not so experienced in this way, but I have heard a very good idea for the under the eye circles thing. Before you go to bed everynight, put a small spoon in the freezer and when you wake up take the spoon out and let it sit for a second, then put it on those pesky eye circles. Hope I helped!
Ime not a girl, but ive asked my mom, she said,
';Wrinkles start appearing a lot in the eyes at age 30, or 32 wrinkles appear if you don't have much sleep, so my advidce is for you to get good night sleep's, to extend the time to about the 40's';
Don't wait until u get wrinkle. It not easy to get rid of it once u have it.
Use Olay Total Effect 7 sign serum, wonderful product for wrinkle treatment.Clik http://acnemine.com/interest.htm
Prevention is always better than treatment. You won't be sorry! U will regret it once u got wrinkle and cannot get rid of it 100%
you can try a few natural remedies to get rid of dark circles:

Speak to a dermatologist for the best advice. Its your body after all, don't take advice from strangers here.
Now is a good time to prevent the wrinkles before they appear.
Start now!! It's never too early, I started when I was 15yrs and everyone always comments on how great my skin is so it work for me :)

At which age do you need to start using eye cream?
i would start young to prevent it. dont just start because you have lines. try to prevent the lines. good luck =]At which age do you need to start using eye cream?
there is no set age. some people need it very young, some people don't. some people need an eye cream to moisturize the area, some people need it to prevent (or minimize) the results of agining. if you are needing an eye moisturizer, avon sells avon solutions max eye cream. if you are noticing signs of aging (i.e. wrinkles, sagging skin, etc.) then you should be looking for an eye cream with anti-aging abilities. avon has many products that have anti-aging properties. i would highly recommend the anew line. if you go to the website below, you can take an anew skin care quiz to determine what product would be best for you. the anew product line caters to various levels of aging and are highly recommend. At which age do you need to start using eye cream?
Depends on your skin.Eye cream is designed to help protect and nourish the delicate area of the skin around the eyes. Experts say that the areas around our eyes are the most sensitive, and that it is constantly under pressure from squinting, blinking, and rubbing every single day. This is why we are told that we need to protect the area by using eye cream.
However, before you rush out and buy some, it is important to know which kind of cream you need. Different eye creams do different things. Some hide and eliminate fine lines, others get rid of dark circles and some others can even reduce puffiness. There are loads of products on the market so it is important that you do your research beforehand.
When choosing which cream to go with it is important to know that lightweight creams are best. Heavy cream can block up the pores and cause more problems than you started with. It is best to stick with a cream texture as that works best over serums and gels.
As eye creams can set you back a bit it is important to try the product before you buy so see if you can find any samples first.
You can check this out aswell:

Start using one now. You don't have to pay a lot for a good one that keeps the area gently hydrated. Nivea does a nice one or L'oreal.
I would recommend to use from teenage itself.

How do you keep cream eye shadow from creasing and to stay on?
I've tried a base of mineral powder...didn't work very well. Also, eyeliner comes off on the top of the lid (so it looks like I have a black eye) how do I keep that from happening? How do you keep cream eye shadow from creasing and to stay on?
Do you use a liquid foundation? If so you can put some on your eye lids as a primer. I've done that and it's worked for me.
Look to see if you have a Ulta store in your area. They will have primers.
Also, look on ebay, sometimes you can get these primers at a cheaper price.
Good luck! How do you keep cream eye shadow from creasing and to stay on?
What I did was go out and buy a really cheap waxy eyeliner because I had the same problem. This works just as well but sometimes it doesn't show up as dark so try different ones. Report Abuse
Best thing ever invented is the MAC Paint,,,, you apply it as a base for your eyes all in a variety of colours and i promise it will not crease... it is expensive for a small amount but you only need to apply a little and it will last you a year or 2 atleast... go in to a mac store and get a sample to try it
good luck!
Use a primer first. You can find them from a lot of different companies.
Urban Decay and Smashbox have good primers. You can find them at stores like Sephora.
change over to a powder one much better i did years ago
also you need to get an eye liner that is water proof i tried a few till i got the right one
now i have trouble getting it off
I use a primer made for eyelids. I order it from DHC, but any department store makeup area ought to be able to hook you up with one.
buy a better kind ive had some that did and that didnt if you buy they stuff in the pencil that u sharpin it will always crease up

Is there an eye cream that REALLY gets rid of under - eye wrinkles?
No matter how much sleep I get, I always have these wrinkles under my eyes and dark circles, and I'm only 22! I have tried a few drug store eye creams, but nothing has made any noticeable difference. I can at least cover up the darkness, but I really hate the lines. Does anyone know of an eye cream for wrinkles that actually works? I don't want to waste any more money trying out new products. Thanks! Is there an eye cream that REALLY gets rid of under - eye wrinkles?

You may have allergies, that is why you have the circles. Do some research on detoxing your body. You may be getting wrinkles because you are not eating that well.

What is the best way to apply cream eye liner with a liner brush?
It's obvious how to, but is it possible to get different effects from it?
and how? What is the best way to apply cream eye liner with a liner brush?
You can most definitely get different effects using liner. Where you start the liner on your eyes will give you a different effect rather than if you start at the inner corner of the eye. For myself I prefer to start my liner closer to the center of the eye and work my way upwards at a slight angle to add fullness the outer corner of the eye. It looks more subtle that way as well.

Can I use the following ingredients (found in eye cream) during pregnancy?
I'm wondering if I can continue using my eye cream with the ingredients Avobenzone and Octinoxate during pregnancy? Can I use the following ingredients (found in eye cream) during pregnancy?
Those are the same ingredients in sunscreen. If you weren't sensitive to them before your pregnancy, you should still be fine. Some women develop rashes and other allergic reactions when pregnant. That's your body's way of telling you to stop using it.Can I use the following ingredients (found in eye cream) during pregnancy?
I'd check the warning labels on the product, there should be some. If you can't find any, go to the product's website and look for it there. If there was any harm for those who are pregnant, they would make sure to tell you.
I advise asking your doctor
ALWAYS ask your docbronzing powder

Under eye cream for super sensitive skin?
Hi there. I have really sensitive skin. Like if I change products, try to get a facial or attempt to exfoliate, I get a red patch with little bumps within 24 hours. I then have to go to the doctor to get a ointment to make it go away or it's there for a year. It's nuts. Regardless, I found Dr. Hauschka's line which is all natural blah blah and it's working well. However, after 5 years of using the under eye balm, I suddenly am having a reaction. Don't know if they changed the formula or what but it's just not cutting it anymore. So now I'm looking for some suggestions on alternative eye creams for sensitive skin. I always have used it more preventively...I don't have wrinkles to puff up or dark circles fade so no need for anything harsh like retinol which will destroy me! I just like slathering on a thick cream to hopefully ward it off in the future! Thanks in advance!Under eye cream for super sensitive skin?

How can this under-eye cream work?
I've read rave reviews about this cream on the internet to treat the undereye area. It is also supposed to get rid of milia but I can see that in its ingredients, it contains oils. How can it get rid of milia if it contains oils?

I thought that the oils would cause more under-eye clogging? How can this under-eye cream work?
All natural oils there is a huge difference then a lot of products that use a mineral oil (cheap and totally clogging).
You pay for all natural things and in return they do what they promise -
I am sure it's not a miracle cream but inside the tube it does contain good things - and with that they help -
the tissue under the eye is thin but not as porous as your cheeks/nose/forehead.

I have combination skin and, thankfully, very few lines on my face, but my eyes are another story. I've got lots of fine lines and not so fine lines around my eyes and I've tried just about every eye cream out there to help soften the look and make the lines less noticeable.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't really have bags or dark circles (unless I've had a really good time the night before!), so those aren't much of a concern to me. I just need to find something great for crow's feet.
Help? What's the best eye cream for crow's feet?
It's not so much about the use of eye creams. I find the best thing is to use a regular, but rich cream and in circular motions blend in from the inner eye area all the way up to eyebrows and back around again - 20 times or so each day. It should begin to relax the skin and muscles around the eye area and reduce the appearance of unwanted lines and wrinkles. What's the best eye cream for crow's feet?
having dark circles or fine lines has nothing to do with the muscles around your eye.. you shouldnt be ';blending'; up to 20 times a day.. are you crazy? the skin around your eyes are the most delicate on your body.. the more tugging and pulling you do on it.. the worse it gets.. Report Abuse
There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.
http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com/2006/11/27/causes-of-dark-circles/
If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water %26amp; stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath %26amp; let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K %26amp; Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

well just go into any drugstore and pick one out
ps.. its proven that them creams only help 10 % so its barely noticeable
I agree with Bubbly about Arbonne. All of their products are botanical, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested and never tested on animals. They are pH balanced, and I use the Re9 Eye Cream (I've also tried the Intelligence Not-So-Basic eye cream and I like them both!) But I have seen results from these products.

Mary Kay
In the next couple of days Mary Kay will be releasing a new product called Targeted Action Line Reducer. I, along with all of the other women in my family, use and love Arbonne's NutriMinC Re9 Anti-Aging skin care system. Arbonne's revolutionary result oriented anti-aging system (hydrating wash, balancing toner, facial serum, transforming lift, corrective eye cream, day creme, and night creme) is specifically formulated to reduce the affects of sun damage, decrease fine lines and wrinkles, while it works to combat the visual signs of aging. The system consists of botanically based products that contain natural collagens (hyaluronic acid), giving your skin a natural lift and others to deeply condition and hydrate your skin. They're all pure, safe, beneficial, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, formulated without alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, acetone, or mineral oil. They're unlike any others on the market with all 9 KEY anti-aging elements (KOJIC ACID, NANOSPHERES, COPPER, VITAMIN C, ALPHA %26amp; BETA HYDROXY ACIDS, PEPTIDES, BIO-HYDRIA, ELHIBIN %26amp; STIMUTEX, and ALPHA LIPOIC ACID), giving you maximum benefit. Their facial serum and eye cream contains kojic acid which is a natural lightening agent and are perfect for sun spots, dark circles, puffiness, crows feet, and fine lines.
Their products are also formulated with nanosphere technology which makes them beneficial for all skin types and adjusts to your skins specific needs by applying more moisture in dry areas and less is oily areas. Research shows that 6 months continued use of this system will give a 68% decrease in DEEP density lines and wrinkles; however I started to notice results within a week or two.
Arbonne even has anti aging products for your entire body including a hydrating body wash, body serum, hydrating body lotion, and essential fatty acid dietary supplement, a concentrated blend of flaxseed oil, CoQ10 and beneficial elements to support younger-looking skin and good health ... from the inside, out ... and formulated in a vegetarian capsule. It's made of Flaxseed oil, vitamins A, C, E, Coenzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid.
Arbonne offers free trials along with a 45 day money back guarantee, as well as the option to purchase products at a 35% discount. The products come in pre measured pumps so there is no waste, just 1 pump is all you need. It will last you 6-8 months. You can also purchase a nice gold tote to keep your products in. If you're interested in learning more, I'll be happy to help

There is a cream called, 'strivectin SD' for stretch marks.. remarkably by mistake someone used it on their face and it did miracles for wrinkles. now it advertised as a stretch mark and a wrinkle cream. a bit pricey, but i've heard that it is amazing..
Arbonne has a great eye cream called re9 eye repair that will get rid of those lines, and they also have a product guarantee. this is from personal use. ask this lady for help and details

You should try Artistry's Eye Replenishing Cream. this is not like the other creams you've tried I guarentee that. This will help with those crows feet. You could also try their vitamin C and wild yam treatment. It's the only one on the market that allows you to control when the vitamin c is activated so it has very strong potency. Either one will work and you will be very suprised at the drastic difference each one makes. Now they aren't as cheap as mary kay and avon and stuff because they are a prestige brand but they are totally worth it because they totally work miracles. Artistry isn't in stores it's strictly online. You can go to http://www.adrennan.qhealthbeauty.com and find both there. I can't tell you which is better because they both work. I know lot's of women including myself that use both and absolutely love them. And if you don't like it you can get all of your money back so you can't lose. They actually have a 100% money back guarentee on all of their products which is really cool. I hope you'll try it because they are amazing.
I couldnt help but read your post and think to myself that I was right where you were 6 months and seems like 1000 wrinkles ago.
I went through the exact same thing. I tried various products and did tons of research online before I found Oil of Olay was basically giving their product away for free.
All I had to do was answer a few auestions, They are a well known national name brand for facial and skin care, everyone knows Oil of Olay.
And I am telling you this Oil of Olay Regenerist works and it made a believer out of me.
I posted the link below for you to click and check out. This stuff works and believe me - for a few minutes of your time and no cost to you, you owe it to yourself to try and all you would lose is a few minutes of your time!
Good Luck and keep the faith, you will get younger looking skin with this product and this stuff helped me achieve my dreams as well!

Is Eye Cream really any different to Face Cream?
I know they use to say the skin around the eye is fragile %26amp; to use special cream. But I have since read that moisturizer is fine around the eyes you dont have to pay the earth for special eye cream. This was in the paper with hints to help a budget. Any ideas??Is Eye Cream really any different to Face Cream?
There is little difference between eye cremes and regular cremes. The only real difference is that eye cremes seldom contain sunscreens and your eyes are more prone tp sun damage and wrinkles from sun damage than the rest of your face. None contain anything that will de-puff eyes or eliminate dark circles, that's just wishful thinking and advertising hype/ You don't need a special eye creme. one note: if your skin creme contains anything the irritates the eyes, then it shouldn't be used on the face because it's probably irritating the skin all over the face. If a scent makes your eyes burn -again -don't use it on the face. Here's the ';cosmetics cop'; and what she says about eye cremes:
http://www.cosmeticscop.com/skin-care-fa鈥?/a>Is Eye Cream really any different to Face Cream?
It really depends, some eye creams are not too different vs. face creams. However, some of the higher end ones like NIA24's Eye Repair Complex has niacin (decreases lines) and caffeine (works against puffiness) and other brightening agents to diminish dark circles and is really made just for the delicate eye area, because the other NIA creams can be disturbing to the eye area. La Roche Posay is a decent brand found in drugstores that can have better ingredients. There's lots of competition now so you can get better products at drugstores.
So it depends on your age, as you get older, if you can, use better eye creams that have better ingredients to give you a better result. Oh and also use your fourth finger (ring finger) to apply creams as it's the weakest and most gentle on your eyes. Use gel in the morning to avoid smudges, and cream at night. Hope that helps!
It really depends on the moisturizer. Check the chemicals. I never rub anything near my eyes, like you said it's fragile. Even putting the most gentle creams around your eyes could come right back at ya in the long run.
Check this site out, they have alot of info on eye creams in general.

Is 25 a good age to start using an eye cream?
I currently have a pretty good skin regimine of cleansing with dove soap, moisturizing with a firming cream at night and using an spf moisturizer during the day. I have done this process since I was like 12 or 13. Despite all this, I am noticing changes around my eye area, which, is more sensitive to change and has thinner skin. Am I ok with the firming cream, or should I use a special eye cream? Which one is the best, and most reasonably priced ($60 and below)? Is 25 a good age to start using an eye cream?
IM just like you... im 22 and have been using a daily regimine, and I just started using Arbonne International, my sister gave me some to try out. I abosultely LOVE the RE9 ANTI aging, eye cream, face scrub, lift cream, and serum
I signed up to be a wholesale client i save 35% on everything, it cost $29.00 for the year....I think it way worth it, espceially once you try the stuff...Is 25 a good age to start using an eye cream?
if u think it helps, it may just be a waste of money though
Its best u just wash your face with warm water and rinse with
hot and then cold and put aloe vera gel on face.
It is never too early to have good face care. The skin around eyes is different than the remainder of the face. You need a a separate eye specific cream. As for firming cream for the rest of your face, I am not sure you need that at your young age. If you have the money, get a consultation at a highly rated spa. If not, take a trip to Sephora or Aveda and have them recommend a regimen for you: cleaner, toner optional i think, exfoliant (either chemical or particle based), and moisturizer (separate eye cream and general face cream). Both these stores will let you return products if you are not satisfied even if you have part of them. Your early start will do you well for a long time to come!

What age should you use eye cream? does it matter?
Because i heard somewhere that it is okay for any age, but i dont know for sure. Is it okay for a 15 year old? What age should you use eye cream? does it matter?
Yes, it is a good idea to keep the area under your eyes moisturized. Use at night. A good one to try would be Burt's Bees. It's inexpensive and has all natural ingredients. Good for you for thinking about your skin. The best advice is to stay out of the sun and use a good sunscreen! What age should you use eye cream? does it matter?

Is is OK to use a corrective wrinkle eye cream to PREVENT wrinkles?
im 20 yrs old and my friends are already getting crows feet when they smile, etc.. i dont want that... and a pharmacist recommended this VICHY meokine wrinkle corrector for eye area... should i use it or is it too much?Is is OK to use a corrective wrinkle eye cream to PREVENT wrinkles?
It is not only O.K., but it is very wise. I haven't heard of the eye product your pharmacist recommended, but I will tell you I have been in the makeup and skincare industry since 1975, and I swear by an eyecream from a Japanese company called Sheseido. It is sold in the department stores, and it costs $47.50. It is worth it. If you go to Nordstrom's and you try it, and don't see results, you can return it for a refund.
The eye area has NO oil glands, as it wouldn't be prudent because of the proximity of the eye. You need the richest cream that wont move into the eye area, that hydrates the skin without causing puffiness, which is what would happen if you used a face cream in that area. Most premature aging is due to dehydration and sun damage, and the constant facial movements that over time, if not hydrated and protected, becomes deep lines and wrinkles. I guarantee that if you use this product, it will instantly improve the texture, comfort and hydration of your skin! I have been using it since 1986, and I actually am allergic to any other products I have tried, and believe me, in my line of work, I have tried them all! Check it out, and let me know what you think. I dont even work for Sheseido, but I know alot of products, and that one is by far the best. And like others who have answered your question can attest to, drink lots of water, hydrate, take off your makeup every night, sunscreen, and sunglasses! Don't be afraid to smile, just check it out! I have used eye cream since I was 15, but I am fair skinned and have dryness around the eyes. Many products out there that say anti=wrinkle, firming, lifting, etc. etc. are too active for many skins.
Sheseido Benefiance eyecream is the best secret that needs to get out! (Tell your Mom too!)
Dana DelikatIs is OK to use a corrective wrinkle eye cream to PREVENT wrinkles?
most eye creams are really thick moisturizersanyway, and it can never hurt to retain moisture...
20 is not too young to start using an eye cream. Try using just plain old vitamin E oil make sure it is at least 15000 IU though. You can find it in the first aid section or you can use a capsule (vitamin section). I use the Vitamin E every night around my eye area. It works great.
First, you have to realize it all starts in your genes and it's (at times) the reason why some people age faster than others. Second, do your friends smoke? Smoking ages you faster and drys out skin (especially the eye area). The skin around the eye area is quite thin (with very little sweat glands) and as we age it gets thinner (we lose collagen and elastin that makes eye area plump and elastic). Hence it gets dryer (hence wrinkles). As you know, the sun also has it's role in the aging process as well.
So to answer your question, there are no true corrective wrinkle creams out there. Most will temporarily plump up the wrinkles (for example some creams use cinnamon as on of the ingrediants), but will not zap them away forever. Now, you can DELAY (we can't prevent aging) those wrinkles by avoiding the tanning beds, wearing sunscreen, and staying away from cigarettes. I'd start drinking those glasses of water. The basic ingredient in those creams is water...so might as well moisterize from the inside, too. Also, a good diet of certain foods can increase the production of collagen and elastin.

As for the eyes, (like I said before) the skin around the eye area gets thinner and dryer as we age. So with that info, the theory is if you start moisterizing that area, it ';might'; prevent the wrinkles. I haven't seen any real scientific research (that's not associated with cosmetic companies) to prove that theory, but it doesn't hurt to use those creams either (unless you get an allergic reaction to it...long story). Hey, every little bit counts!
Right now, you're young and you really don't have to (you're still making enough of that collagen/ellastin stuff). However, it's good to start that habbit of applying that eye cream at night (or day...better to use sunscreen though). When you reach your late 20's (again depending on your genes) or early 30's is when the collagen/ellastin production goes down hill.
As for recomendations, I like using Neutrogena Healthy Skin Eye Cream because I didn't break out in rashes after using it. Here's a good article to read on cream selections.

If it doesn't make your skin break out or feel too oily, it probably isn't harmful. However, if I were you, I'd go to www.cosmeticscop.com and check out some facts about what the products you're using REALLY contain and really do for your skin. Or don't do. Lots of the claims made on cosmetic packaging are demonstrably FALSE. It's likely that genetics and sun exposure and your smoking status will have a much greater effect on whether you develop wrinkles or not than some cream you put on your face. Most of those things (probably all, actually) do very little or nothing for wrinkling.
yes ofcourse go ahead wid it........if u dont want it, how els do u stop it?
I started on a beauty regimin at 15. The earlier you start, the longer you'll go with younger looking skin. I use ROC night repair around the eyes and I'm 34 with no crow's feet. I also put vitamin E cream all over my face before bed every night.
Keep your skin type in mind before starting a new product and how you might react to it.
20 is not too young to start--preventative skin care is important at any age!! I started in my teens and and 29 and do not have a line on my face. Try nutra-lift products. They are safe, natural and EFFECTIVE, can be used at any age and are reasonably priced.

I use it around my eyes....Think about it...it is much easier to prevent wrinkles than to correct them!bronzing powder

Well, I know my mom went through that phase..She used this stuff called Kinerase. It worked really well for her, if you want to try it. Theres other brands like z bigatti, but its more expensive, good luck![=
use bondo sand them down then prime and paint, then wax them at least once every six months
ROC firming cream is pretty good, and it's available at most drugstores for under $20.
use the cover girl cream. they are the best, youll barely notice the flaws after you apply it.
yeah-only it called a facelift and only a doc can prescribe it.
I LOVE Oil of Olay Regenerist. They may be a bit pricey, but they are worth it. You don't have to use a lot, just a dab. Oil of Olay total effects is also a great skin cream. I've also been hearing rave reviews about Victoria Principles' Reclaim with Argireline. The starter kit comes with 6 different products for your complete skin care regimen, and only costs $29.95. If you don't like the products, you can return them and get your money back. If you like them, you will receive new shipments, and you pay 29.95 per month. ( you may also choose when you receive your products, every month, every 3 months, or every 6 months, so the payments are flexible.) They also carry specialty products such as eye firming cream, etc. You can mix and match if you choose. My friend loves the Reclaim system. I have not tried the products myself as of yet. Hope this helps!
Oh also, DRINK WATER! Wear sunscreen every day. You can also try taking DMAE, Flaxseed Oil, Ester C,Vitamin E and CLA. They are all vitamins and supplements that help with skin tone and firmness. DMAE is hailed for it's firming abilities. You can take it in oral form, as well as using a cream that contains it.
olay anti ageing
worked miricles on my face
loreal revita is pretty good
Olay products work wonders for women with aging skin. You can also find wonderful remedies in the Avon book.
I find that both type of products work well; they have firming facial moisturizers and other helpful creams and solutions to bring out a younger and more refreshed face.
Babe, 29? You must sun-bathe alot. Definitely not good. I've had basal cell skin cancer 3 times already from living in San Diego and sun batheing alot. You should go to the cosmetic counter of a really good department store. They are trained to help with skin issues.Stay out of the sun!
Vitamin E is good. But the best way to have great skin is to not smoke, drink do drugs and eat healthy. (I'm not saying you do any of those but in general) Eating mostly RAW Vegan foods with make you look years younger.

If you go to drugstore.com you can find a line of all natural organic products called Kiss My Face. They make a line of skin care that comes in green bottles. I can't remember the name of the line. But the brand is Kiss My Face. Their products are excellent and I LOVE their eye cream. What is a good eye cream for premature skin?
La Mer Eye Balm, expensive - 0.5 oz for $120, but good. Or SK-II Repair C treatment.
';Firming eye cream'; by Mary Kay, it firms, brightens, provides intense moisturization, plus minimizes fine lines and wrinkles

Premature skin?? Never heard that before. What's ';premature'; about it?
I like Dermalogica multivitamin power firm. Pricey but very effective. If you're quite young, you could start off with Molton Brown which is light and I'd say good for sensitive skin or Elemis pro-collagen.

Can you recommend an under eye cream?
I would like a good cream or treatment for the bags/puffiness under my eyes. I realise that as I get older, these start to form, but the puffiness really bothers me and I would like to try something to treat it. There is no drooping and no circles, just puffiness and swelling.
At 33, I know to expect some, but would like to reduce what I have.
thank you!Can you recommend an under eye cream?
First of all, DO NOT!!! use lemon juice. That's just asking for trouble.
Unfortunately, the only cure for bags under the eyes is a surgical procedure called blepharoplasty, which is designed to remove excess fat, skin and muscle around the eyes. But if you can鈥檛 stomach 鈥?or afford 鈥?surgery there are still some things you can do to decrease the appearance of bags under your eyes.
If you're looking for a product, I'd go with Benefit Depuffing Action Eye Gel depuffs the under eye area and helps to provide an instant lifting effect. I'd also use the Benefit Eyecon as an eye cream. I suggest that any woman uses an eye cream, to make sure that sensitive skin stays moisturizes.
However, if you're just looking to decrease your swelling try this: apply a compress of ice water or very cold milk directly over your closed eyelids and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. This will cool and rest your eyes. You can apply a similar treatment with a mixture of equal parts rosewater and witch hazel soaked in cotton. Rest the cotton on your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. Trust me it works. I do this to clients when I have early shoots. Can you recommend an under eye cream?

Does anyone know of a really good eye cream/serum?
I have tried Clinique's Repair Wear, Hylexin, Lancome but I don't seem to get any results, I am in my early twenties, and just under the eye the skin is becoming loose, so something firming and tightening would work well, any suggestions?Does anyone know of a really good eye cream/serum?
A quick result cream if you are tired and see puffiness below the eyes is, believe it or not, preparation H. Get the original formula. You are very young but you might be up late studying etc. It is not a long term solution but you will be amazed by the results.
Simply dot a tiny bit below your eyes in the morning. DON'T GET IT IN YOUR EYES!
You will be amazed.Does anyone know of a really good eye cream/serum?
prepration H is for hemrhoids...its meant for your ***, not your face
why not continue using clinique? it takes time, you wont get results overnight. but keep on using it and you'll have positive results in time.

I have the same problem. I am 20. I AM TOO YOUNG FOR THAT TO BE HAPPENING!! But I tried Clinque, and Lancome, but then I gave up until I went to New Jersey to visit my parents and forgot my face stuff and had to go buy some at like the drug store, and I found neutrogena eye cream in a blue and white bottle for 10$, it's the best!
My skin is too difficult.I tried many tipes of creams (i'm 45,had time to prove everything).Often I become allergic:all creams are chemistry, even if they have ';natural'; names. My last discovery are oils -simple oils, better from pharmacy with all lables of natural extracts.I use now jojoba for eyes, there are different sorts of oils.I'm very content .
Try Kiehl's Abyssine Eye Cream, it's really nice texture and it's for anti-early aging! http://beauty-tricks.com/index.php?optio鈥?/a>
Yes. Avon's ';Anew'; line has all the best new tech ingredients the department store brands have, but at half the price. They have for years, including the home face peels. Look up Avon on Amazon.com, avon.com, and shopping.yahoo.com. Each sight has some products reduced at different times. For cheap: hemorrhoid cream can be found at a drug store/pharmacy. For expensive: Sheseido is the oldest cosmetics company in the world and they invented hyaluronic acid in beauty products. It definitely works.

Whats the best eye cream to use?
I am 21 and I think I should start using eye cream to prevent lines. Which eye cream would you suggest? Thank you :) .Whats the best eye cream to use?
Vaseline and Vitamin E oil. I'm 21 too. Any particular order you ask? Do the Vitamin E oil first in the eye area. Use SPF and stay out of the sun to really keep those eye wrinkles away. Vaseline locks in the moisture and prevents minor skin lacerations form everyday eve movements like blinking. Start taking Vitamin C too. As always consult a Physician.
