I am 21 and I think I should start using eye cream to prevent lines. Which eye cream would you suggest? Thank you :) .Whats the best eye cream to use?
Vaseline and Vitamin E oil. I'm 21 too. Any particular order you ask? Do the Vitamin E oil first in the eye area. Use SPF and stay out of the sun to really keep those eye wrinkles away. Vaseline locks in the moisture and prevents minor skin lacerations form everyday eve movements like blinking. Start taking Vitamin C too. As always consult a Physician.
