im 13 and have pretty bad dark circles and a little puffiness i have also notices that my water line is a pink and the puffiness is pink too and it looks really bad with concealer on it. it makes it look even more pink. [my waterline] cause i cant seem to get it on the waterline. so whats a good eye cream that treats that? i dont a real expensive one. thanksWhat is a good eye cream for dark circles and puffiness?
If u have them hereditary then believe me its very difficult to go,coz i have experience of that but u wold try vitamin K or E for them .Especially VIT.K is really good i heard about that.What is a good eye cream for dark circles and puffiness?
