It depends on what you use.
If you use a mild one it will be Ok but anything heavy might irritate it a bit.
Just make sure you don't get it in your eye.Is it bad to use moisturizer in the eye area if you run out of eye cream?

some face moisturizer have short and temporary effect. Like after hours the effect is gone and you have to reapply it. I have tried using Dark Circle Treatments that also acts as moisturizer and it was a good product.
