Yes, it is a good idea to keep the area under your eyes moisturized. Use at night. A good one to try would be Burt's Bees. It's inexpensive and has all natural ingredients. i used the cold cream that old ladies use when i was 16 i think. i liked the results...haha
i guess it depends on what it is. i use eye cream sometimes for dark circles and i'm 22
