To eliminate puffy eyes, preparation H.....learned it years ago. Dark circles require sleep, but a yellowish cover stick under your makeup OR even under a bit of pancake powder will camoflage the color.
I have the same problem. I use ';eye calm'; by glymed and Hylexin at night and I've seen a dramatic improvement. My dark circles have lightened and the puffiness is pretty much gone. I've been using both products for about 3 months now.
Cooling gels/creams are the best way to go.
