How and when should I start using eye cream?

I am in my mid 20s and very low maintenece when I comes to make up and beauty products.





I have healthy skin and I rarely have breakouts.





However, in the last few years I have noticed fine lines under and around my eyes.





I use noxema daily moisturizer as well as their face sunblock.





Do I need an eyecream as well?


How can I protect and preserve my healthy skin?

im 23 and have been using eye cream for awhile. something with collagen helps provide elasticity which helps with wrinkles and dragging.





i use bare minerals eye rever-up which is relatively cheap and lasts awhile.


to apply pat your eyes or if you have to rub ALWAYS rub inward, the opposite direction of how gravity pulls your skin.





cucumber slices for 15 minutes every so often make the skin around my eyes feel refreshed and tighter.
