I'm 19 years old and don't have any wrinkes on my face but I would like to the protect the delicate skin around my eyes so I'm looking for a really good eye cream that moisturizes and prevents wrinkles.

Don't bother using expensive eye creams, etc...it is a waste of your money. I have never used any eye cream and look 10 years younger than I am...clean your face properly with any facial cleanser/scrub and apply lotion to the face, something good like Nivea as it is non-comedogenic(sp?), meaning it will not clog your pores. You can use Nivea as eye cream as well. Just don't get it in your eyes. =]
