i use the garnier thing for my puffy eyes, and eye cream for the dark circles and wrinkles and what not. can i use them both at the same time? i'm afraid that if i use it by itself, without a moisturizing eye cream, it will dry out my skin because of the caffeine and all. thanks.Can i use the garnier caffeine eye roller thing under regular eye cream?
I don't know that the caffeine thing is, but it sounds like you can use both. That is, unless your skin becomes irritated. If that happens I would stop using the caffeine treatment.
