that it really only counts to just drink water, get rest and eat healthy in order to make your eyes look refreshed and young? Or do creams actually help? Thanks.Is it true that it doesnt matter what eye cream you use?
Eye creams DEFINITELY help! Give it a try. You might not find a good one on your first try but it helps as does plenty of sleeping and and refreshing water! They both go hand in hand. You can't look healthy unless you are and eye creams just give you a little boost :)
