I am 20 but woud like to care of my delicate eye area now to help prevent damage.Can anyone recommend a good eye cream in the UK that is not too expensive?
The best thing you can use when you're so young is a bog standard shop's own moisturiser- just plonk it on thick after cleansing before bed and not so much in the morning. Using moisturiser regularly should prevent you ever really needing to use expensive face creams in the future. I use Superdrug's Camomile one and it's really delicate.
