What is the best eye cream to reduce puffiness on the lids?

Eye creams are great for moisturizing but eye gels are better for aleviating temporary puffiness. Creme-gels address both lines and tone. Many skincare lines offer eye gels. Apply gels only on outer eye area and top part of upper lid, as they have a tendency to spread.

Good luck! What is the best eye cream to reduce puffiness on the lids?
This is the gospel truth, it may sound weird but trust me try it. I have been using Preperation-H on my eyes B4 I go to bed and when I get up in the mornin for 15 years and have never had puffy eye lids and now that I am 41 I still am yet to have an age/ smile line either. It really works...What is the best eye cream to reduce puffiness on the lids?
Preperation h
preparation h more commonly used for hemmoriods
i always use ice just like boxers.
Cool compress of any kind is usually good. It can be water compress or you could dip a face towel in a bowl filled with cold water. Hold it over the eyes and dip in some more cold water when the towel becomes warm.

Cucumber slices are excellent cure. Slice some cucumber and place it over the eyes. Preparing a quick cucumber based moisturizer will help tone and moisturize dry skin around the eyes.

One other thing that helps is chamomile tea bag. In this case, you will need two tea bags. Prepare tea with them, and then pull them out and leave on the side until they cool down. You could also place them in a fridge to cool them down even more. Place them over the eyes.
Instead of cream, I use a cold compress or sliced cucumber.
