Eye cream?

I'm 26 and was wondering at what age should you begin to wear eye cream? I work out a lot and have pretty nice skin and drink lots of water. But I knwo I should pay more attention to skincare. Also, how often should I exfoliate my face?Eye cream?
start using the eye cream now. your skin around the eyes is thinnest and the area we show the first signs of aging. If cream feels to heavy use a gel. If your skin is oily you can exfoliate 5 times a week. only use GENTLE product not too abrasive. with a light touch. If you have dry or normal skin. as i do i exfoliate every day I love Murad AHA/BHA exfoliating cleanser. gentle but effective. good luckEye cream?
My friend who is 68 and looks 45 has used oil of olay since she was a teenager . . I have used oil of olay everyday since I met her in 1986 . . in my forties people are shocked at how young I look . . my boss was shocked cause she looks older than me and I'm almost 12 years older than her. . .she thought I was in my late 20s . . . LOL
You begin eye cream when you need it. It is never too early. If your skin is not oily anymore you should definately use it. Make sure to use sun screen on at least your face because sun can age you the fastest. On exfoliators there are some that are more mild and you can use daily and others that are used 1x per week. See what it says on the product you are considering.
I believe that you鈥檙e never too young to start using an eye cream; I started using a light gel formula in my teens. Now I鈥檓 in my 30's (for a few more months anyway!)

I use a cream with an SPF in the morning and a slightly heavier cream without an SPF in the evening. Save the rich, intense eye care products for your 30s and beyond as they can clog pores around the eye socket area if they鈥檙e too nourishing.

The 20s would be the perfect time to use Dr. Hauschka Eye Contour Day Balm, $56, which contains a host of hydrating natural ingredients including beeswax cocoa butter and jojoba oil.

I also have a website that I recently had built you can visit at: www.DawnsSkinCare.com

I will be updating the content weekly so check back from time to time.

Good Luck
If you tan a lot, I recommend exfoliating once a week to help keep a healthy glow instead of a dull lifeless look. Only if you start to see wrinkles would I start spending money on products for your skin. I personally have a problem with uneven skin tone and dark circles but the new stuff by oil of olay, called definity, is awesome for fixing those problems.
I am 20 and have been using eye cream for 2 years now. I would do anything you can now to avoid having those beauty woes later on in your life. Also, I exfoliate twice weekly, if I do it anymore than that it irratates my skin!

Good Luck!
