What is the age to start using eye cream?

I am 23 years old, and have dark circles under my eye. I wanted to know if i should start using eye cream and which brand is good.What is the age to start using eye cream?

honestly, you shoudl start at birth (chill people, i'm not saying babies should use it) but the enviroment's natural damage starts againg and other damage of the skin at birth. you should start at soon as you can. I started at 13..
Now - I would recommend andvance night repair eye or time zone eye from estee lauder.
