What is the best eye cream for someone in their 50's?

I have always used Oil of Olay eye cream, but my mother had what they call ';hood eye';, which is where the eye lid sags so much that it almost covers the eye itself. She ended up having surgery. But, I'd like to deter that from happening to me as much as possible, so any suggestions? What is the best eye cream for someone in their 50's?
Aubrey Organics Rose Hip Oil. You can buy it at Whole Foods. They also make a rose hip moisturizer that is wonderful.

I highly recommend SeneGence eyecream, it represents the most advanced skincare technology known today. The anti-aging creme is a reich blend of natural oils and vitamins including vitamin e for protection, A for diminishing fine lines and wrinkles and jojoba oil, almond and avocado oil to nourish the moisture depleted area.
