i have dark under eye circles and it seems like i have wrinkles but i'm still in high school!What is the best under eye cream and how much does it cost?
I put ponds cold cream (cause it is mainly mineral oil) at night hoping for it to work!

i usually wash my face and dab a bit of jergens lotion under my eyes. it makes it softer and it smooths over the wrinkle line.lol....i don't put the makeup cremes because most of the time they add to the problem.
