I USE CONSEALER -THEN PAT ON POWDER TO SEAL. I REPEAT THAT STEP AGAIN. MAKE SURE YOU TAP THE CONSEALER ON- DONT RUB IT ON. THEN I APPLY MY FOUNDATION. I BLEND IT EVERYWHERE. I TAP FOUNDATION UNDER MY EYES AND SET WITH POWDER. I HAVE USED DIFFERENT EYE CREAMS AND NOTHING WORKS WELL FOR MY DARK CIRCLES.
