What is a good eye cream to reduce dark circles and puffiness?

I am only 21, but I have dark circles under my eyes and puffiness. I know the best answer is for me to get more sleep, but as a college student with two jobs that isn't really possible.


I am looking for a good under-eye cream that reduces circles and puffiness better than makeup alone.


Also as a college student, cost is an issue, so keep a lower budget (under $20) in mind when answering.

I'll give you the same answer I gave before to someone asking about pimples. Preparation H. It's cost effective and it really works...it's an old beauty pageant secret. All the contestants use it.
For puffiness, I recommend St. Ives Eye Stress Gel. It works right away, feels cool on the skin and smells fresh. It works wonders for me! You can find it in any drug store and it costs less then $5.

no cream can cure i think..... also if u cant seriously get enough sleep 2 words Make-up!! like get the right peachish,tanish or whatever ur skin color is and apply it around ur eye very carefully.
i can tell u home remedy - take juice of raw potatoes, dip cotton balls in it n keep them on eyes for 15 min and u'll see difference in 1 week.
