What under eye cream would you recommend for fine lines and puffiness?

I'm only 19 years old and have pretty noticeable fine lines and bags under my eyes. I don't wear make up ever, I don't go in the sun much or smoke or drink. I do rub my eyes sometimes if they itch or I'm tired. I've tried a product from Avon but did not really notice a difference. There are so many kinds...L'oreal, Neutrogena, Olay, Garnier..I don't know what to try. I'm just looking for something to hopefully the reduce the fine lines and puffiness.What under eye cream would you recommend for fine lines and puffiness?
Chamomile tea bags on the eyes (cold)





Essential oils (lavender preferably) mixed with most under eye creams, good for the rest of the face as well.





Detox your liver and kidney's, when those are off that's when you get bags under your eyes.





Caffeine Gives you bags as well





Silk and Satin Pillowcases. Help prevent fine lines and wrinkles due to its texture and they do not absorb moister the same way, keeping your skin more hydrated while you sleep due to silks natural properties.


Anyone I know who uses silk always looks great.What under eye cream would you recommend for fine lines and puffiness?

Get adequate sleep. A little bit of sun is healthy.





Cucumbers on eyes. Also tea bags. Also hemorrhoid cream dabbed underneath all work well separately. :)
I have read that Garnier is pretty good,..they have a roll on kind. It says for puffiness too! Have you ever tried putting spoons in the freezer then on your eyes? I've done that before.
