It's never to early to take care of the skin around your eyes. It is the most delicate area on your face. There are sooo many different brands out there. I like Advanced Stop Signs Eye SPF 15 by Clinique or All About Eyes by Clinique as well. They are gentle and they work.At what age should I start using eye cream and which is the best one out there?
wwelllll.. im 14 and i use it.. cuz i smile and laugh alot.. and i have smile and laugh lines.. not horrible.. but i wat to get ahead of it.. hmm.. idk what i use.. just go to ulta or sephora.. they will get u the best stuff!
