In your late teens you can start wearing eye creams with spf, which is the best prevention to premature aging anyway. If your in your mid 20's to mid 30's you could start using anti-aging eye creams. But it shouldn't harm you. Eye creams are usually very gentle because there used on such a delicate area, and so they are optimologist tested. What age should you start using an eye cream?
